Day by day, you will see how old baggage and repetitive thinking patterns affect your life, health and wellbeing. With intention and the five tools of Yoga Nidra you will learn how to use this simple sleep-based meditation technique to profoundly heal and restore the body’s reserves and unburden your life. Create a body and brain with greater resilience to stress-producing situations. Boost the body’s healing potential, release chronic tension, pay off sleep debt and learn skills to master the demands of life. An excellent program to gain intuitive perspective into life transitions and challenges.

Yoga Nidra Certification – YO 403, 404, 409 (Practicum)
Two Weekends+Practicum/60 hours
Prerequisites: Yoga Nidra Immersion YO 401 & YO 402
Yoga Nidra Certification is a continuation of the yoga nidra immersion. This course of study deepens and enhances your understanding by drawing on the scientific basis and modern applications of yoga nidra. We will look into research verifying its benefits and the changes happening in the brain while in yoga nidra. Combining science and the ancient wisdom of yoga, you will understand how to apply yoga nidra to conditions such as:
• Habits and Addictions
• Trauma and PTSD
• Depression, Anxiety and Insomnia
This course of advanced study will give you the skills to guide others in yoga nidra, but is also ideally suited for your own transformation. You will receive your own unique yoga nidra card deck system which will allow you to easily create your own yoga nidra experiences.
This training is an excellent addition for psychologists, mindfulness practitioners, bodyworkers, yoga teachers, health, helping professionals, hypnotherapists and energy healers looking for new tools to serve their clients.
Advanced Yoga Nidra
YO 405 and YO 406
This Advanced Yoga Nidra Training builds on and deepens the understanding gained in Yoga Nidra Professional Training. Using scriptural teachings of the Upanishads, the Yoga Sutras, and unique insights from our Lineage, we will explore the original teachings of Yoga Nidra as an esoteric and ancient mystical practice. You will understand more about the anatomy of the koshas and how they relate to the wisdom body, the ego and the Self.
New techniques for yourself and your students will include new body rotation sequences, awareness of space inside and outside the body, listening with the body, techniques to gain control over the involuntary nervous system, kosha experiences and prana/mother divine yoga nidra. You will also learn basics of yoga nidra as a form of yoga therapy; using protocols to aid those seeking emotional integration and solutions for trauma, PTSD and other forms of energetic blockages.
We will have a more in-depth look at visualizations and image techniques — understanding how they relate to the mental and wisdom body, when to use them, and how to deliver them so they do not bring in the thinking mind. Finally, you will receive not only the advanced deck of yoga nidra cards, but a unique yoga nidra deck for kids! You will learn how to be creative in delivering yoga nidra to kids and how to give to various age groups.
Some specific topics we will be exploring are:
• Yoga nidra as a therapeutic yoga technique for emotional integration and guidance
• The latest scientific research
• How to best bring yoga nidra to kids
• Two practices of yoga nidra per day
